Rebekah is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Global Industrial Practice and leads the firm’s Chemicals & Materials Practice in the Americas.
With over twenty years of experience in executive search and management consulting, Rebekah leads a broad range of board and executive searches, including Non-Executive Director, CEO, CFO, COO, CCO and General Manager. She partners with a variety of industrial clients ranging from global Fortune 500 companies to middle-market private equity portfolio companies.
Rebekah is passionate about partnering with clients in transformational scenarios to include the commercialization of new and disruptive technologies and sustainable solutions.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Rebekah was a principal for more than ten years in a boutique executive search firm that focused on senior level finance assignments for clients varying in size and industry. She began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the financial turnaround practice.
Rebekah earned a bachelor of science degree in economics, with a focus on econometrics, from The University of Virginia with a minor in eastern religions.
In addition to her work at Heidrick & Struggles, Rebekah has served as a board member of the Rocky Mountain Region of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and is dedicated to supporting Type 1 diabetes research. She lives in Colorado with her husband, two teenage daughters and three dogs.
