Subeis a Principal and a Market Leader of GHD’s North America EHS Compliance practice. A registered professional engineer with 33 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry, Sube’s knowledge and technical process experience encompasses work with a variety of market sector clients including utilities, power generation, manufacturing, chemical/petrochemical and oil and gas, automotive in the areas of air quality and environmental compliance. He has conducted multi-media environmental compliance audits to over 200 facilities in North America, Latin America and Asia.
Sube also has over a decade of experience in EHS management information system design and implementation. Specific power generation and utility experience with this includes PSD and Title V permitting, storm water management, coal ash management, GHG emissions inventory development and reporting, decarbonization strategies, NPDES permitting, mercury minimization programs and boiler NOx control projects.
