Walt is an EHS professional with over 25 years in the field of Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Quality. He started his EHS career in the steel and hazardous waste treatment and storage industries before spending 10 years at General Electric
and 12 years with a SI Group.
Walt has extensive regulatory knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety, Process Safety, Environmental Compliance, Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 18001/45001), Supply Chain Management and Product Stewardship/Product Safety. He is an industry leader in the implementation of Human and Organizational Performance (H&OP) in the Chemical Industry and has performed H&OP training across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
Walt served on the ACC Responsible Care voting committee that was instrumental in the revision of the RC14001/ISO14001 Technical Standard and the Product Safety Code.
