Yolanda Pagano is Director, Corporate Sustainability and Environment at Knoll, where she manages the execution, integration and advancement of the company's global sustainability and environment program. Yolanda is a licensed attorney and CPA who began her career in public accounting with KPMG. She then joined Exelon Corporation, where she implemented several multi-disciplinary, enterprise-wide, transformative initiatives including the climate change and sustainability reporting programs. Next, at OBG, an engineering and environmental consultancy which is now part of Ramboll, she led the sustainability consulting practice. In her most recent prior role she oversaw the international sustainability program and developed a policy and implementation framework for a deforestation risk management program while at Tyson Foods. Yolanda serves on the Executive Advisory Council of the PSEG Institute for Sustainability Studies at Montclair State University; on the ASTM Subcommittee for Climate and Community ESG Disclosure Guide; on the Pennsylvania Climate Leadership Academy Advisory Board; on the Board and as Treasurer of Lawyers for Climate Action; on the Board and as Co-Secretary of the Society of Women Environmental Professionals, Greater Philadelphia Chapter. She was awarded her J.D. from the Villanova University, School of Law and her B.S. in Accounting from Saint Joseph's University.
