How to Update Your Member Profile

1. Log in

  • Navigate to my.naem.website/update-profile. This streamlined profile view makes updating your profile super simple.
  • Your username will be your email address.
  • Your password, if this is your first time logging in to NAEM's new member portal, will be temporary password N@EM2020. You will be prompted to set a new password once you log in.
  • For any technical assistance with logging in, please email programs@naem.org.

2. Navigate using the Personal Info and Contact Info tabs

My Personal Info | My Contact Info

  • My Personal Info tab: Includes fields such as your job title, your level of EHS&S responsibility, your top 3 work priorities for the year, your EHS&S role(s), and your headshot.
  • My Contact Info tab: Includes fields such as your mobile phone number, work phone number and email addresses.
Simply toggle between the tabs to access the information you need.

3. Fill out all fields that apply, with special focus on these:

  1. Title (your job title)
  2. Top three work priorities for the year
  3. What level of EHS&S responsibility best describes your role
  4. EHS&S role(s)
  5. Mobile number
  6. Headshot
