Dave Conway is a Program Manager in the Health, Safety, and Environmental Department at CVS Health. While his interest in protecting the environment predates his college years at Northeastern University, his official career in the field began as an environmental
consultant in 2012. Since Dave joined CVS Health in 2015, he’s taken on several project management roles and wears many hats within the organization. Starting in 2018, Dave began implementing CVS’s HSE Management Information System and
continues to manage its growth today. He is responsible for maintaining HSE data and creating and sharing data visualizations to help his department and others make informed business decisions and keep CVS colleagues safe. In addition to his normal
duties, Dave spends time on passion projects such as implementing a recycling program at the Corporate Finance Center and participating in CVS’s Green Team Corporate Resource Group.
