Patricia Swope, CSP, CPSA, CWCP, has been an EHS professional for more than 20 years, beginning in 1997. Prior to her current position as Senior Director, Health, Safety & Analytics for RTX (formerly Raytheon Technologies), she was an EHS leader at
United Technologies for eight years.
