NAEM's individual and corporate members are invited to join our virtual Drop-Ins for “just-in-time” knowledge sharing with your peers.

You will gain insights and create connections with other NAEM members on a monthly basis. To ensure the discussions are relevant, Drop-In topics are selected and facilitated by an NAEM member and set one month in advance. In addition to our dynamic agenda, we offer simple registration. Just “drop in” as your schedule permits. Drop-Ins are typically conducted on Thursdays from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET.

David Ocamb is the Director, Global Environmental Programs on Trane Technologies’ Supply Chain and Operational Services Enterprise Team. In this role, David is responsible for the environmental management and sustainability policies and procedures for the global industrial supply chain. David focuses on proactive environmental compliance management systems, business risks mitigation measures, and direct and indirect improvements for the Company’s sustainability footprint. With his 35+ years of experience, he is the subject matter expert for environmental laws and regulation effecting company operations globally. David provides technical oversight of methods to characterize the supply chain environmental performance metrics and sustainability improvement projects. David further works to improve and operationalize compliance systems. In addition, he engages and mentors junior colleagues to develop their knowledge and expertise to serve as future environmental compliance and sustainability leaders. David serves a key role supporting Trane Technologies internal and external ESG reporting. David is a member of Trane Technologies’ LGBTA Employee Resource Group. He also serves as a Regent on the National Association for EHS&S Management (NAEM) and participates on with the Water Stewardship Alliance.
