DeWayne grew up in New England and graduated from the University of New Hampshire with his BS and MS in Chemical Engineering. He has over 30 years of manufacturing experience in a variety of roles including operations, engineering, maintenance/facilities and environmental, health, safety and sustainability. He has extensive experience leading strategic energy management teams in his operations aligned with ISO 50001. DeWayne moved to Madison, AL to join the Polaris greenfield facility built to support Ranger manufacturing.
