Leveling Up Your EHS and ESG Programs with Total Worker Health

Thursday, November 6, 2025 | 10:00 AM - 1:30 PM MST

Ramboll Office Conference Center
1999 Broadway
Denver, Colorado 80202

Traditional health and safety programs have focused on controlling hazards such as noise, dust, and chemicals. Today, we know that worker health and performance are also influenced by organizational and psychosocial factors like stress, fatigue, and job design. The Total Worker Health® (TWH) approach, developed by NIOSH, integrates protection from hazards with strategies that promote overall well-being.

Please join NAEM, Comcast, and Ramboll for a brunchtime seminar dedicated to TWH, where we will introduce the TWH framework, explain the Hierarchy of Controls for TWH, outline practical steps safety professionals can take to begin incorporating well-being into their existing programs, and share real-world case studies of TWH programs in practice. Attendees will gain a clearer understanding of how TWH complements traditional safety practice and why it is becoming an essential part of an organization's ESG program.

This event is presented by NAEM and its Affiliates Council member Ramboll. Comcast is hosting the event. Attendees do not have to be a member of NAEM. Pre-registration is required and seats are limited.

This event is designed for in-house EHS and Sustainability professionals. If you are an NAEM Affiliate member or consultant/service provider, please email programs at naem dot org to request an invite.
