Chuck Kendall

Chuck Kendall is the Head of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) at Takeda Pharmaceuticals and a seasoned EHS executive with more than 30 years of experience leading safety, health, and environmental programs across manufacturing, food production, agriculture, and energy industries. He holds a Master's degree in Safety and Industrial Hygiene from the University of Minnesota Duluth and an MBA from Capella University. Throughout his career, Chuck has held enterprise EHS leadership roles at Kraft Foods, General Mills, Land O'Lakes, CHS, and now Takeda, where he focuses on strengthening safety culture, operational excellence, and risk management.
