EHS Staffing and Structure

Webinar
Tune in to this complimentary webinar on EHS & Sustainability Staffing and Structure to benchmark your program's composition against your peers. You'll get insights from NAEM's recent research and hear case studies from two members who have recently addressed this issue for themselves. See how your organization's staffing, structure, salaries and budgets compare to your peers. This webinar will allow you to benchmark your function based on industry, revenue, headcount and risk profile. It also documents the scope of EHS responsibilities, including the evolving role of the EHS manager in the execution of corporate sustainability initiatives.

About the research
To understand how companies staff and structure their EHS and sustainability programs, NAEM fielded an online survey among full-time, "in house" corporate EHS and sustainability professionals. The research also included 14 qualitative interviews with senior EHS and sustainability leaders from across industries. The results reflect the perspective of 199 senior leaders (manager, director, vice president) working within a variety of industries at mostly U.S.-based companies with revenues ranging from $250 million to more than $50 billion.
