Rose Shaver is the Senior Manager of Sustainability Services at Schneider Electric, which provides integrated efficiency solutions that combine energy, automation and software. Rose has been helping clients design better management solutions for their emerging sustainability and energy needs since the beginning of her EHS&S career in 1982.
In her current role with Schneider Electric, Rose develops comprehensive strategies for managing climate change risks and opportunities. This includes data quality, environmental reduction targets, environmental performance, and corporate CDP Leadership Index and Performance scores.
Rose holds an LEEP AP certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, and is a certified Business Energy Professional by the Association of Energy Engineers. To Rose, the EHS&S field is both a profession and a passion. She is a native of Houston, Texas, where she met her husband in a golf cart. Her time is filled with friends and family — particularly her beloved granddaughter.
