What it Means to Be Recognized as a NexGen Leader
Sometimes you're just putting your head down and trying to do the work and trying to do the best that you can. But if somebody taps you on the shoulder and is like "You know, I'm going to nominate you and recognize what you've been doing," It's really awesome. It's like "Yeah, thanks! I'm — I'm doing things? Oh, okay, good!" Because sometimes you're in the trenches, so it's just nice to have that validation along the way.
