The Board of Directors is actively leading a thoughtful and disciplined search for NAEM’s next leader, supported by external expertise to ensure a thorough and inclusive process. Our priority is to identify a Chief Executive Officer who will build on our strong foundation and guide NAEM confidently into the future.
I also want to reassure you that leadership continuity is firmly in place. NAEM’s operations, programs, and strategic priorities remain strong and uninterrupted. Our staff team, led by Deputy Director Virginia Hoekenga, will continue to deliver the high-quality engagement and support you expect, and the Board will be actively engaged throughout this transition.
We are committed to clear and timely communication and will keep you informed at key milestones in the months ahead.
