2025 Solution Center & Engagement Hub

Solution Center Power Hours

What are the Solution Center Power Hours? The Solution Center Power Hours are dedicated time on the Forum program for Partners to speak at their booths and share tools, strategies and solutions to solve a specific EHS&S challenge.

Exhibitors will be asked to write up a short description (see examples here) in advance of one EHS&S challenge they will discuss how they can solve. Attendees will use that information to decide what pitch they want to hear and rotate booths approximately every ten minutes to hear a new pitch from a new company. The event is similar to a speed dating model where there will be approximately ten minutes for every booth to pitch how they can solve one EHS&S problem before the bell rings and the audience will move to another booth.

This is a great opportunity for Partners to share their expertise in front of the FORUM25 audience of EHS&S professionals.


Engagement Hub

We have transformed our “Exhibit Hall” into an “Engagement Hub” this year to encourage deeper engagement and connections with our industry expert partners and in-house EHS&S decision-makers. We will still have booths and all the same bells and whistles of an exhibit hall but will be offering more ways for attendees to engage with you.

NAEM will have the below dedicated time for the Engagement Hub, Solution Center and networking events to meet with prospective and current clients. These times will not run against any other programming.

Engagement Hub space is assigned in a first come, first served order. For example, the first company to purchase an Executive Partnership will receive the most prominent spot in the Executive Partnership section of the Engagement Hub. The second company to purchase an Executive Partnership will receive the second most prominent spot and so forth.
