FORUM25: Private Meeting Room Partner
Partnership Overview
This is an opportunity to plan a company meeting or retreat onsite at NAEM's conference hotel at a very low cost for a room for three days. The Partner will cover any additional needs they'd have for their meeting like food, drinks, AV, and additional room set-ups etc.The Partner will also receive recognition and branding at the conference as a Partner of the event on signage, NAEM's website and in the conference app.
Meeting/retreat attendees will not be able to attend the conference unless they are part of the complimentary registrations that come with other partnerships they have purchased.
Partnership Benefits
- This is an "add-on" and the company must already be a Partner of the conference to reserve a meeting room
- 3-day access to private meeting room
- Partner would pay for food, drinks, AV, additional room set-ups, and anything additional they need for their room
- Recognition on marketing assets at the in-person event
- Sponsor recognition in conference app with logo and company description
- Recognition with company logo included in FORUM25 marketing emails to NAEM's marketing list of 20,000+ EHS&S professionals
- Recognition with company logo on FORUM25 conference website
- Logo on Forum website will link to your company website to push traffic there. NAEM receives 1,000+ impressions a week to the Forum website
