FORUM26: Lead Retrieval System
Overview
NAEM is offering a lead retrieval system for our partners to track who they meet with at the conference. The lead retrieval system will allow you to scan badges of anyone you meet using your own device.
Please note: Executive Partners and Keynote Partners are not permitted to scan at the door of the session they are speaking in. However, they are welcome to scan badges of people they meet after the session and throughout the conference.
How Lead Retrieval Works
- You can use one cell phone or tablet per license to scan a conference attendee’s badge. If you have three people at your tabletop, we suggest either having one person scanning everyone on a central tablet or purchasing multiple licenses so each person can use their own cell phone to scan.
- The attendee’s name, title, company, and email address they registered with will be shared with you. If someone does not wish to be scanned, they don’t have to share their badge to be scanned.
- Leads can be exported at any time during the conference into a .csv file.
