Partnership Opportunities
NAEM is excited to roll-out new partnership benefits for 2026 that include more opportunities for visibility at the Forum. All exhibitor partnerships (Executive Partners, Preferred Partners, and Supporting Partners) include a booth in the Exhibit Hall and time to speak in our Problem-Solving Power Hour to share how your company can help solve an EHS&S issue for attendees.Below please find a full list of our partnership opportunities. NAEM’s partnerships are first-come, first-served and may only be secured with a digitally signed terms & agreement and payment.
All exhibitors (Executive Partners, Preferred Partners, and Supporting Partners) that sign early will receive the best inventory in the Exhibit Hall as all spots are first come, first served.

This is our highest-level exhibitor partnership that includes opportunities for the highest-level visibility at the event, a speaker from your company in a session, and a booth in the best section of the Exhibit Hall. It also includes speaking time in NAEM's Problem-Solving Power Hours.

This partnership includes opportunities for visibility at the conference along with a booth that will be in the section of the Exhibit Hall that has the second-best placement. It also includes speaking time during NAEM's Problem-Solving Power Hours.

This is your opportunity to have one senior subject-matter expert from your company as a moderator on the Keynote VP Leadership panel that NAEM puts together. The speakers on the panel will be in-house EHS&S professionals.
The sponsor's moderator must be in-person and meet the eligibility requirements listed on the next page under "View Partnership Details." NAEM must approve the moderator. This partnership will offer your company top-level branding and visibility at the event.

Private Meeting Room Partner

Capacity: Room holds up to 40 people depending on set-up
Cost: $5,000
This is your opportunity to plan a company meeting or retreat onsite at NAEM's conference hotel at the very low cost of $5,000 for a room for 3.5 days. Your company will be listed as a Partner of the FORUM26 event on onsite signage, NAEM's website, and in the conference app to receive recognition and branding. Meeting/retreat attendees will not be able to attend the conference unless they are part of the complimentary registrations that come with other partnerships they have purchased.

These attendees are not permitted to stand at their companies' booths or engage in sales activities at the event, but are encouraged to attend all conference sessions and networking events for career development purposes.
