FORUM26: Private Meeting Room Partner
Partnership Overview
This is your opportunity to plan a company meeting or retreat onsite at The Hilton Minneapolis at a very low cost for a room for three days. The Partner will cover any additional needs they'd have for their meeting like food, drinks, AV, and additional room setups, etc.The Partner will also receive recognition and branding at the conference as a Partner of the event on signage, NAEM's website, and in the conference app.
Meeting/retreat attendees will not be able to attend the conference unless they are part of the complimentary registrations that come with other partnerships they have purchased.
Partnership Benefits
- This is an "add-on" and the company must already be a Partner of the conference to reserve a meeting room
- 3.5-day access to private meeting room
- Partner would pay for food, drinks, AV, additional room setups, and anything additional they need for their room
- Recognition on marketing assets at the in-person event
- Sponsor recognition in conference app with logo and company description
- Recognition with company logo included in FORUM26 marketing emails to NAEM's marketing list of 20,000+ EHS&S professionals
- Recognition with company logo on FORUM26 conference website
- Logo on Forum website will link to your company website to push traffic there. NAEM receives 1,000+ impressions a week to the Forum website
