Partnership Overview
This is a great branding opportunity to sponsor the opening networking reception at the Forum. You’ll get the chance to greet attendees as they walk into the reception. You'll also have your company logo branded with the event.Partnership Benefits
- Opportunity to offer a raffle in the conference app
- All raffles must be pre-approved by NAEM and the raffle url must be shared with NAEM no later than August 14. All raffles must run October 12-14 with the winner announced October 15. Prizes must be given out by the company to the winner directly in person or sent via email or mail. All these details must be on your raffle page url
- Opportunity to pass out drink tickets NAEM will provide to all conference attendees
- Recognition with signage at the event
- Recognition in conference app with logo
- Conference attendee list one week in advance and post conference (names, titles, and companies only)
- Recognition in marketing emails, conference website, and onsite
- 1 complimentary registration (valued at $1,645 - $2,145 per registration)
