2024 Exhibit Hall Hours, Specs & Map

2026 Problem-Solving Power Hour & Exhibit Hall

The Problem-Solving Power Hours are dedicated time on the Forum program for Partners to speak at their booths and share tools, strategies, and solutions for solving a specific EHS&S challenge.

Exhibitors will be asked in advance to write up a short description (see examples here) of one EHS&S challenge they will discuss how they can solve. Attendees will use that information to decide what pitches they want to hear. The event is similar to a speed-dating model where there will be approximately 10 minutes for every booth to pitch how they can solve one EHS&S problem before the bell rings and the audience will move to another booth.

This is a great opportunity for Partners to share their expertise in front of the FORUM26 audience of EHS&S professionals.

Exhibit Hall Map

Click here for a map of the Exhibit Hall space.

Exhibit Hall space is assigned first-come, first-served. For example, the first company to purchase an Executive Partnership will receive the most prominent spot in the Executive Partnership section of the Exhibit Hall. The second company to purchase an Executive Partnership will receive the second-most prominent spot and so forth.

We will do our best to honor requests to be separated from competitors, but due to the random purchasing order of partnerships and the small space, we are not able to honor all requests. Please email mary.quigg@conferencedirect.com with any questions.
