Workshop Partner Options and Abstract Submission Form
This year NAEM is offering four 75-minute partner workshops over the course of the conference program. There will be two rounds of workshops with two workshops running concurrently during each round. NAEM will provide topic ideas, but partners are encouraged to propose their own.*Please note, these sessions do not require a customer speaker, and partners may have up to two subject-matter expert speakers and one moderator from their company in the session. Workshops that do include an in-house EHS&S leader as a speaker will be eligible for a $500 discount off the total partnership. In order to be eligible for the discount, the partner must share they will be including a client speaker when submitting their abstract.
Abstract Submission Deadline and Approval Notices
All submissions will be approved on a rolling basis and are due no later than Friday, January 9, 2026.NAEM will notify you if your idea was approved no later than Friday, January 16, 2026. At that point you will need to provide payment and a signed terms and agreement to secure your spot.
