NAEM WOMENLEAD26

Keynote Partners
(2 available)

Partnership Overview

This is a chance to gain high-profile visibility as a thought leader during a Day 2 or Day 3 keynote session. Keynote Partners receive the highest-level of recognition at the event.

Day 2 Keynote Panel Topic: Defining the EHS & Sustainability Strategy and Getting Buy-In
  • One spot to be the speaker or moderator on the panel
    • Looking for a high-level female executive like a CEO or VP
    • The panel will have three female panelists and one moderator total. NAEM will find all panelists. Your speaker/moderator will be the only service provider/consultant on the panel
Day 3 Keynote Topic: Resilient Leadership: Managing Stress, Setting Boundaries & Performing Under Pressure
  • One spot for a high-level leader to be the Keynote speaker that does a good job managing in high pressure roles and values mental health, work life balance (their own and others) and could speak to how they achieve that
    • This is a stand-alone speaker and not a panel
  • The preference would be to have one high-level Keynote speaker do the whole session. However, if we can't find the right person, someone could be a speaker or moderator on a panel NAEM puts together on the topic. Please let NAEM know if you have a high-level speaker with the right experience for either option
Day 3 Keynote Areas of Discussion:
  • Practical approaches to managing stress and maintaining energy
  • Setting boundaries and expectations in a way that reinforces leadership credibility and performance
  • How to support a culture that values mental health and psychological safety
  • Tools and tactics to support resilience and stress management
  • The importance of well-being and mental health for effective leadership
