Demonstrate your thought leadership by having a female subject matter expert as a speaker or moderator on the 60-minute panel, "Navigating Complexity, Change, and Expectations." NAEM will put together the rest of the panelists. There will be no competing content running up against this session panel. The sponsor will receive the second highest-level of recognition at the event.Our panelists will discuss common challenges many women in EHS and Sustainability are facing including:
- Decision-making amid regulatory, organizational, and workforce uncertainty
- Managing competing expectations/needs
- Balancing compliance, risk, and value creation
- Engaging different stakeholders to advance cross functional projects
- Building trust and credibility in ambiguous environments
