NAEM’s Email Marketing Guidelines
*NAEM requires email copy one week in advance of email deployment. NAEM does not allow the promotion of any in-person or virtual events. Webinars can be promoted on a case-by-case basis, cannot conflict with NAEM’s webinar calendar, and need to be pre-approved in advance. All email topics in general also need to be pre-approved to ensure they do not conflict with NAEM’s brand standards, values, or any other scheduled emails that may be of conflict. We do not permit sending out the same email blast twice. Email topics can be submitted at checkout.
