45-Minute Client Case-Study Abstract FormSponsorship Guidelines
Presenter Eligibility and Expectations
- Presentations must be given by in-house EHS/Sustainability managers who work directly with the application
- Presenters do not have to be NAEM members
- All sessions are 45 minutes including audience Q&A
- Vendors will not be allowed to conduct the presentations but may be present to act as moderators, introduce the session and the speaker and support the client speaker and answer general questions about the application during the Q&A portion at the end of the session
- NAEM conferences stress sharing both best practices as well as lessons learned. Presenters will be expected to speak frankly not only about their successes, but also about the challenges they met and their suggestions for how to make implementation more successful
Selection Process
- Submissions are due by March 17, 2021
- Abstracts will be reviewed based on the following criteria:
- New technologies for improving EHS&S performance
- Technologies that have been fully implemented and offer sample reporting data
- Presentations that reflect a variety of the leading MIS systems in the EHS marketplace
- Presentations that reflect a variety of industry users
- Abstracts will be reviewed, and submitters will be notified the week of March 24, 2021
