About the Conference:
NAEM’s Software, Innovation & Technology Showcase is the only event designed to meet the needs of EHS&S managers. The conference showcases a variety of EHS and Sustainability software applications and data management practices in one venue. NAEM's Software, Innovation & Technology Showcase is the “go-to” conference for EHS&S professionals supporting their needs assessments, selection, implementation, and on-going use of tools that will enhance the strength of their programs. Since its inception in 2001, this event has successfully connected software buyers with vendors in the software and data management marketplace.

Sponsors will have the opportunity to apply to create and lead sessions at this year’s conference in the 3 different format areas below:
90-Minute Deep-Dive Workshop Session
This is your opportunity to develop a 90-minute interactive session to offer attendees a deeper understanding of how to effectively manage data and use technology in the current business environment.


45-Minute Client-Case Study Session
This is your opportunity to develop a 45-minute session that showcases how a client is using your technology to address a management challenge.


Innovation Demonstrations
These sessions are software or technology demos that focus on emerging technology and new software innovations or features.



Abstract Forms
If you are interested in sponsoring a session, you will need to apply for the type of session you are interested in below. All forms are due by March 17, 2021. Only completed abstracts will be accepted. Abstracts will be reviewed and submitters will be notified the week of March 24, 2021.
