In your opinion, what are the predominant skills and attributes that directly contribute to the nominee’s effectiveness and success? (500 words max.)*

Alizabeth is visionary, forward thinking and a problem solver. In the ever-changing global environment, EHS leaders need quick and concise answers to global regulatory and compliance questions. Companies are facing new and emerging regulations, a lack of current and available expertise within their realm, changes in policies and procedures and the need for geographically correct information. This skill set allowed, Alizabeth’s to come up with a winning solution to this challenge was the development and subsequent commercialization of the award-winning Global RegSupport Helpdesk service. Alizabeth identified the gaps in clients’ abilities to access answers to their global EHS regulatory questions. Knowing that they had to rely on their own research and the issue with accuracy or purchasing EHS subscription services or contracting formal consulting services she was able to offer a Help Desk concept to quickly provide answers to environmental, health, safety, transportation, and product stewardship questions. In partnership with Inogen Alliance and the availability of 3200 associates in seventy-two global offices who could answer region specific questions the gap was filled. It is the only pay-as-you-go service that connects clients to the right in-country specialist for reliable, tailored, and real-time answers to any EH&S or regulatory question.

In 2024 the Global RegSupport Helpdesk innovation was awarded four stars by the Environment and Energy Leaders Awards program with a judge stating that “there are few services that claim to offer ‘global’ regulatory tracking/databases, but none have been complete. The support element of the Antea Group product is fantastic.” Another commented that it was an ‘Excellent product with technical features and performance that provide clear and substantial benefits.”
