Partnership Overview

This is our highest-level exhibitor partnership that includes opportunities for the highest-level visibility at the event, a speaker from your company in a session, and a booth in the best section of the Engagement Hub. Plus, the opportunity to pitch how you can solve an EHS&S challenge in NAEM's Solution Center.

NAEM will put together the session that your speaker can join. Your speaker will be one of a panel of speakers in the session that NAEM's Forum Commitee is responsible for putting together.

Below is a list of the Forum session topics that your subject matter expert speaker can choose from in a first come, first served order. All speakers must be pre-approved by NAEM.

Onsite Conference Visibility
  • 8'x10' booth with most prominent booth placement in the Engagement Hub. View Engagement Hub specs and map here
  • Opportunity to pitch how you can help attendees solve an EHS&S problem at your booth during the dedicated Solution Center Power Hour time on the program. Your Solution Center topic is due to NAEM 15 days from when you sign on as a Partner
  • The option to have a speaker that is a subject matter expert from your company on a session panel that is already being put together by NAEM on the main Forum program, Oct. 22-23, 2025. You may choose your session here in a first come, first served order.
    • Partners are required to choose their session within 5 business days of signing on as a partner
    • Partners are required to provide their approved speaker’s name, headshot, and bio within 15 business days of signing on as a partner and no later than 7/14/25
    • All speakers must be in person
    • NAEM will assign the date/time that the session will run
    • Executive Partners are not required to take advantage of this partnership benefit. However, NAEM will not be providing a different partnership benefit in lieu of this one if the partner does not choose to do it. NAEM also cannot guarantee that there will be a session open that is your company’s expertise.
  • Executive Partners will receive prominent placement (after Keynote) of your logo at the in-person event
  • A silver ribbon for all company representatives
  • Attendee list two weeks, one week, and post-conference (names, titles & companies only)
On-site Digital App Visibility
  • Premium visibility in conference app with logo and company description
  • Premium visibility in conference app with banner ad
    • Specs -335W x 120H (pixels) and is due 9/15/25
Digital Assets
  • Blog article that NAEM will write about the session your speaker is in to help promote the session and get attendees interested in attending it. Your company will be sent a Q&A to help NAEM identify why your session content is relevant for attendees, more information about your speaker, and other questions to help NAEM write the article. The article will be featured in NAEM’s electronic newsletter that goes out to 20,000+ EHS&S professionals, NAEM’s blog that receives 1,000+ impressions a week, and NAEM's LinkedIn. We encourage your company to promote the article too through your own marketing channels.
    • There will be a deadline that the Q&A is assigned to be filled out. If the sponsor misses the deadline or their speaker falls out, they will forfeit this benefit.
  • Social media promotion of your session (in addition to the blog article) on NAEM's LinkedIn page
  • Company logo included in a minimum of eight electronic outreach announcements or as many marketing emails are left from when the partner signs on
  • Special promotional email to all conference attendees in October that your company will be at the Forum. The email will include your booth #, logo, organization’s name, description, and website so that attendees can learn more about you.
    • This benefit will be provided pending all payment and partner tasks are submitted by the time the email is scheduled.
  • Partnership recognition with premium placement (after Keynote) of logo on conference website
    • Logo on Forum website will link to your company website to push traffic there. NAEM receives 1,000+ impressions a week to the Forum website.
Registrations
  • Three complimentary registrations (valued at $1,645 - $2,395 per registration)
  • Option to purchase two additional registrations at the NAEM member rate ($1,645 - $2,395) for anyone at your company and/or your session speaker
  • Option to purchase a registration for a non-sales executive or Next Gen Leader from your company to attend conference sessions ($1,645 - $2,395) for educational purposes. These attendees are not permitted to stand at their company’s booths or engage in sales activities at the event, but instead, are encouraged to attend all conference sessions and networking events for career development purposes.
