Terabyte Partners: Breakout Session Options

Breakout Session Information, Forms & Deadlines:

NAEM is offering six 50-minute Tech Case Study sessions and three 50-minute OPEX breakout sessions as options to sponsor as part of your Terabyte Partner benefits.

There will be 3 rounds of breakouts running concurrently at one time. NAEM will provide topic ideas, but partners are encouraged to propose their own.

All submissions will be approved on a rolling basis and are due no later than Friday, January 16, 2026.

NAEM will notify you if your idea was approved no later than Friday, January 23, 2026. Once approved you will need to provide payment and a signed terms and agreement to secure your spot.




50-minute Customer Case Study: Using Software to Advance EHS&S (6 available)
Date/Time: Wednesday, April 14, 2026 - afternoon or Thursday, April 15, 2026 - morning
NAEM will assign time based on how it flows best with the program.

The heart of NAEM’s Tech conference is the opportunity to see digital tools in action! These breakout sessions allow attendees to see how a customer is using various EHS or Sustainability software or technology to solve a challenge, track critical data, or report and improve EHS&S performance. Each of the 6 breakouts will feature an EHS&S Leader co-presenting with the software vendor on how they are using the tool, benefits and outcomes. Please submit what theme you want, session idea, and client speaker at the button below. You will be required to have one speaker and one moderator from your company along with one client speaker.

Each Customer Case Study will be aligned to one of the following themes:
  • EHS Management and Compliance
  • Risk Reduction
  • Corporate Reporting
  • Carbon Accounting/GHG Management
  • Safety Tools and Innovations



50-minute Breakout Session Speaking Role on EHS Operational Excellence Topic (3 available)
This is an opportunity to have a subject matter expert from your company on a 50-minute panel tackling EHS Operational Excellence and Management best practices*. NAEM will recruit the co-presenters that will be in-house EHS&S professionals and manage content development and planning meetings so your speaker can focus on showcasing your firm’s EHS management expertise!

*These sessions will run alongside two other concurrent breakout sessions taking place on Wednesday and Thursday morning. Please submit your speaker's name, title, and bio and your preferred session topic at the button below to be pre-approved. All submissions are first come, first served on a rolling basis.
  • Topic 1: Improving Incident Investigations and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)
  • Topic 2: Rethinking Safety Metrics to Prevent Serious Incidents
  • Topic 3: Leveraging HOP Principles to Reshape Safety Culture
