Partner Breakout and Case Study Options with Abstract Submission Form

This year NAEM is offering three 50-minute partner breakout session and six 50-minute partner case studies over the course of the conference program. There will be XXX rounds of breakouts with XXX breakouts running concurrently during each round. NAEM will provide topic ideas, but partners are encouraged to propose their own.

Breakout and Case Study Session Abstract Submission Deadline and Approval Notices

All submissions will be approved on a rolling basis and are due no later than XXX, January XX, 2026.

NAEM will notify you if your idea was approved no later than XXX January XX, 2026. At that point you will need to provide payment and a signed terms and agreement to secure your spot.
