Keynote Partner Options and Abstract Submission Form

This year NAEM is offering 4 Keynote Partner sessions over the course of the conference program. Details for each keynote partnership* vary slightly so please review carefully. Once you’ve decided which keynote you’d like to partner on, select the link to the abstract submission form below to indicate your interest.

*Please note, since Keynote session speakers are an important draw for attendees, all keynote speaker names are required for approval.

Abstract Submission Deadline and Approval Notices

All submissions will be approved on a rolling basis and are due no later than Friday, January 16, 2026.

NAEM will notify you if your idea was approved no later than Friday, January 23, 2026. At that point you will need to provide payment and a signed terms and agreement to secure your spot.

Day 1: Conference Opening Keynote Session

  • Partnership is for full session - approximately 50 minutes of content
  • Requires at least one in-house EHS&S speaker. Partner can invite client or defer to NAEM to secure
  • Suggested topics provided below or Partner can propose a topic

Day 2: Opening Keynote Panelist
Wednesday, April 15, 2026 ∙ 8:45 - 9:50 AM
  • Must be a Keynote, Workshop, Terabyte, or Gigabyte Partner to be eligible to participate
  • Partnership is for one speaking role on a panel with 3 total speakers and one moderator
  • 3 spots available
  • Session includes 60 min of panel discussion
    • Topic: Unlocking AI-Driven Digital Transformation in EHS & Sustainability






Day 3: Conference Closing Keynote
Thursday, April 16, 2026 ∙ 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM
  • Partnership is for full session - approximately 50 minutes of content
  • Session DOES NOT require an in-house EHS&S Leader to speak in the session
  • Suggested topics provided below or partner can propose a topic
