Keynote Partner Options and Abstract Submission Form
This year NAEM is offering 4 Keynote Partner sessions over the course of the conference program. Details for each keynote partnership* vary slightly so please review carefully. Once you’ve decided which keynote you’d like to partner on, select the link to the abstract submission form below to indicate your interest.*Please note, since Keynote session speakers are an important draw for attendees, all keynote speaker names are required for approval.
Abstract Submission Deadline and Approval Notices
All submissions will be approved on a rolling basis and are due no later than Friday, January 16, 2026.NAEM will notify you if your idea was approved no later than Friday, January 23, 2026. At that point you will need to provide payment and a signed terms and agreement to secure your spot.
