This year NAEM is offering 4 partner keynote sessions over the course of the conference program. Details for each partner keynote* vary slightly, so please review carefully.*Please note, since Keynote session speakers are an important draw for attendees, all keynote speaker names are required for approval.
Abstract Submission Deadline and Approval Notices
All submissions will be approved on a rolling basis and are due no later than Friday, January 16, 2026.NAEM will notify you if your idea was approved no later than Friday, January 23, 2026. At that point you will need to provide payment and a signed terms and agreement to secure your spot.

Day 2: Conference Opening Keynote
Wednesday, April 15, 2026 ∙ 8:45 AM- Partnership is for full session - approximately 50 minutes of content
- Requires at least one in-house EHS&S speaker. Partner can invite a client or defer to NAEM to secure
